FAQs

What is the difference between a virtual assessment and an onsite audit?

1

A virtual assessment is a remote review of your records and documentation. You provide the materials electronically, and we evaluate them for organization, consistency, and alignment with regulatory expectations.

An onsite audit includes that same documentation review, plus an in-person visit to observe how records are stored, how workflows operate, and how internal controls function in practice.

Both services are advisory and tailored to the level of support you select.

Do you guarantee inspection outcomes?

2

No.

Regulatory outcomes are determined by regulatory authorities based on many factors. LambRS provides structured assessments and recommendations based on materials and access provided, but we do not certify compliance or guarantee enforcement results.

Are you involved in enforcement strategy?

3

LambRS supports enforcement readiness from a documentation and operational standpoint. Our role would be to ensure that the operational terrain — records, reports, and internal controls — are structured, organized, and clearly reflected.

We do not provide legal strategy, negotiate with regulators, or advise on statutory rights or defense decisions. Legal matters remain within the scope of licensed counsel.

Can you help if I receive an administrative subpoena?

Do you provide expert witness services?

Do you replace my attorney?

LambRS may provide factual documentation analysis within the scope of consulting services. Legal testimony or expert witness services, if requested, require a separate written agreement.

No.

LambRS does not provide legal advice or legal representation. We do not interpret statutory rights, negotiate with regulators, or provide defense strategy.

We provide structured compliance consulting and documentation support. If legal guidance is required, we encourage clients to consult qualified legal counsel.

Yes — in a documentation capacity.

We can assist with identifying, organizing, and structuring the records requested. We can help assess what documentation exists and how it is maintained.

Legal decisions regarding scope, objections, or response strategy should be handled by your attorney.
