About Our Company
Lamb & Affiliates Regulatory Solutions (LambRS), founded in 2025, is a healthcare regulatory compliance and education firm focused on helping federally regulated healthcare entities strengthen documentation practices, internal controls, and operational clarity.
With over 16 years of federal regulatory compliance experience, including 11 years in diversion oversight, our founder worked directly with pharmacies, practitioners, and other registrants. That experience revealed that many compliance challenges arise not from misconduct, but from unclear documentation, inconsistent workflows, and lack of structured preparation.
LambRS was established to address those gaps through practical compliance education, structured documentation review, and development of internal standard operating procedures that align with regulatory expectations.
We are a growing team committed to strengthening healthcare compliance systems and supporting clear, organized documentation practices that reduce preventable regulatory risk and administrative confusion..
What Sets Us Apart
Structured. Not Theoretical
Most compliance education explains regulations.
We build operational frameworks that translate Title 21 requirements into defensible workflows, documentation structure, and inspection-ready systems.
“Compliance should function before enforcement ever arrives”
Where Knowledge Fails & Risk Begins
Organizations often understand the rules — but lack implementation structure.
Risk lives in the gap between policy and execution, documentation and production, intention and evidence.
“Risk doesn’t begin with violations. It begins with fragmentation”
Built to Withstand Scrutiny
Our systems are designed to:
Provide clarity for registrants
Reduce operational confusion
Produce organized, defensible documentation
Support professional inspection interactions
“Operational Clarity for Registrants. Structural Clarity for Investigators.”
